How long have you been with Triad Roleplay?
-Since slightly before opening date.
How long have you been doing Serious Roleplay on Garry's Mod?
-5 years, roughly
What qualifies you above the other applicants for this tool?
-Unlike most, I value immersion and description fitting, while also keeping it within server boundaries. I have spent several hours just forming one single PAC to as best as I could make it.
Have you ever been warned on the server? (Don't lie, We have logs.)
-Twice. Once for "inappropriate wording" and once for "failure to void a non-IC roleplay"
Have you ever been banned on the server? (Don't lie, We have logs.)
-Nope
Is there anyone on the server that would vouch for you?
-AFAIK, 5ym5 and The Fresh Prince of New York

What sort of modifications would you perform to your character?
-Simple things like robotic arms, legs. Small glow renders in front of the eyes to simulate glowing cybernetic eyes. I even do a bit of exotic-esque type things to simulate ears, tails. I can do eyepatches. I can head-hack (putting a head from one model onto another) so as to make the possibilities for character designs endless.
Do you understand Triad Roleplay's rules on PAC3? If so, explain. (Read the rule page. Do NOT copy/paste)
-Don't abuse the PAC3 ability, such in ways like insane sizing, color emissions, trails, and whatnot.
