Why do you believe you would make a good staff member?
I have had an extensive background with other communities, and my own for the last 5 years as a respectful, efficient and overall good staff member and head of staff. I offer 2 years of background information with Clockwork servers, in staff works and scripting. I currently spend most of the american day available to be on the server, as well as having detailed plans on how I could improve the server, if I was given the ability to do so.

Why do you want to become a member of the staff team?
Being completely honest, the server currently has little to no staff on through out the day on a consistent basis. Amanda is the only staff member I have seen on for more than 1 hour at a time, and even then they admit that more staff would be helpful. I currently have a good persona built up with the players of the server, and have brought many of my own in to help with server population issues. I am struggling to keep the server populated with the various issues that have been occurring over the last couple days, with better console information (From staff) I would be able to better diagnose the issues the server is having so that I may be of more help. I would offer my assistance as a mediocre scriptwriter, but I want to talk to you over steam or TS3 about that. I've heard about the hardships you guys are going through and so I am offering myself up to help as long as you'd want it. Currently my community is invested in helping you guys with all of this as well, I want to see this server do well, but it needs work on a staff level and on a coding level.
