What Qualifies you above the other applicants for this faction? I'm on the server when I can and I'm looking to
employ other players to help the servers economy.

What items are you requesting you character has? The cafe Baltic near the judgment hall, or any other restaurant styled buildings and some credits to get started.  

Why do you want this/these item(s)? To help the servers economy and provide opportunity for more roleplay.

Character backstory (2-3 Paragraphs): Rexx Black comes from a line chefs that has owned several restaurants
though out the years so he decided to try to open one of his own. After moving to the city he saw a lack of places to eat so he looked around to see if there was any places to set up. After looking around he saw a place that'd be a good stepping stone for a new eating establishment in the city. The building looked like it'd been abandoned for at least a few weeks so after giving it a look down he made his decision.
